Welcome to our Featured Project page, where we proudly showcase a luxurious and whimsical interior design at the prestigious Kips Bay Palm Beach Designer Showhouse in Palm Beach, FL. The stunning dining room, aptly named "Menagerie," offers a serene escape into an enchanted world of fantasy and elegance.

Envisioned by Lorna, this luxury dining room blends functionality with delightful surprises, inspired by the question, "What would Tinkerbell want to experience in this space?" The result is a room filled with charming creatures, trinkets, and objets d'art that create a magical atmosphere while maintaining the sophistication expected in a high-end dining experience.

Lorna designed elegant barn doors featuring a pearlescent paint finish and brass hardware, showcasing that barn doors can be glamorous rather than just rustic. These one-of-a-kind doors quickly became a standout element of the design. The team decided to incorporate two exquisite metallic wallpapers: one adorned with miniature creatures like giraffes and dragonflies, inviting guests into a modern-day wonderland, and another featuring textured grasscloth, evoking a journey to an exotic locale.

The dining room is anchored by a beautiful custom-woven rug, meticulously hand-knotted to enhance the room's textural richness. At the heart of the space is an octagonal dining table with metallic pedestals and a pearlized oyster-finished top, providing an air of elegance and modernity.

A dramatic gold leaf and rattan chandelier floats above, illuminating the room with grandeur. Below, two artisanal chests with hand-applied rows of Abaca rope offer both functionality and texture, continuing the theme of natural, handcrafted luxury.

"Menagerie" redefines the concept of a luxury dining room, where whimsical elements meet high-end design. Every detail, from the curated collection of playful animal motifs to the intricate hand-knotted rug, was thoughtfully selected to transform this space into a dreamlike retreat. This design encourages guests to embrace a sense of wonder while dining in an environment that is both sophisticated and enchanting.
