It depends on scope, level of detail, square footage, and how much of the work you hand to us. You'll see real numbers during the design proposal phase, before any work begins, and we don't move forward until you've approved them.

Yes. Our studios are in North Bethesda, Maryland (Washington, DC metro) and Dallas, Texas, but we take select projects across the United States and in London. Tell us where you are and what you're planning, and we'll say honestly whether we can serve you well from here.

That depends on how complex the project is. A furnishings only project can move quickly. A whole-home renovation can involve many tradespersons, extensive coordination, and often longer lead times on custom pieces, so it runs considerably longer. We'll map the schedule out with you once the scope is set.

Everything from the first floor plan to the day you walk in for the final reveal. Space planning, custom furnishings, built-in cabinetry, lighting, window treatments, art and accessories. We source and purchase on your behalf, coordinate with your architect and contractor, oversee installation, and style each room before you see it.

We meet, in person or over video, and talk about the space. Who lives there, how you use it, what you want it to feel like, what you're prepared to invest, and when you'd like to be finished. By the end you'll know how we'd approach the project and what working together would look like.

Yes. We have long-standing relationships with vetted contractors and trade partners across both service areas, and we work just as often alongside a licensed contractor you've already hired.

Yes. We talk through your budget at the start and design to those numbers. If something on your wish list falls outside them, you'll always hear it from us first and then you can make the final decision if you would like it added to the scope of work.
